Yoga Flow is a modern style in which asanas transition smoothly from one to another in complete synchrony with the breath. Unlike Ashtanga Vinyasa with its fixed sequences, Yoga Flow gives the teacher the freedom to build a practice around the specific goal of a class. Each class is unique in terms of intensity, pace, and focus — strength, balance, flexibility, or relaxation.

Asanas flow continuously into one another: every movement begins with the breath. Opening movements are performed on the inhale, contracting movements on the exhale. The teacher freely builds the sequence around the goal of the class, creating a meditative state in motion.
