I'm Ekaterina, an experienced Hatha yoga and yoga therapy teacher. I studied and received certification in India from the International Yoga Federation. I have extensive experience conducting group and individual classes worldwide, both online and in-person. I receive wonderful feedback from my students, and there are people who started from zero with me and later became teachers themselves. I take a careful and attentive approach to each student.
