FYSM yoga is Igor Kovalev's system based on hatha yoga. Difficult and risky poses are left out at the start, and sequences are set in advance. It suits people who want to begin without long preparation and without esoteric extras. Each class follows the same outline: settling in, a warm-up, a main sequence of poses, then breathwork to close. There is a level for complete beginners. This is not medical treatment: if your back hurts, talk to a doctor first.
