A follower of traditional yoga, trained at Yoga Vidya School, Rishikesh. Since 2025, I have opened my own studio YANAYOGE in Volgograd, where I conduct Hatha yoga and stretching classes. I prefer intensive practices – we rest only in Corpse pose (Savasana) during classes.
