Singing bowls are an instrument of the Tibetan tradition that resonate at different frequencies depending on the material, size, and playing technique. During a session, the bowls are placed around the body or directly on it — the vibration passes through the tissues and helps release physical tension and emotional blockages. The practice belongs to Nada yoga and is used as a standalone sound therapy or as a complement to Meditation.
