Nada yoga is an ancient Indian tradition of working with sound as a meditation tool. A gong sound bath is conducted in a lying position: you relax while the rich overtones of the instrument fill the space and pass through the body, releasing muscle tension and effortlessly guiding you into a meditative state. Ideal for those who find it difficult to quiet their thoughts in seated meditation.
