Мой путь в йогу начался не с духовных поисков, а с реальной боли в спине. Работая юристом и экономистом, я годами копила напряжение, которое вылилось в бессонницу и постоянный дискомфорт. Массажи давали лишь временное облегчение. В 2018 году я впервые попала на практику йоги. С тех пор занимаюсь регулярно. Боль ушла, вернулась свобода движения и спокойный сон. Настолько меня это впечатлило, что в 2022 году я прошла годовое обучение на преподавателя хатха-йоги. Но я не остановилась. Чтобы глубже понимать женское здоровье, я окончила курс по йогатерапии женского здоровья и инь-йоге. Постоянно учусь: пранаямы, медитации, семинары по йога-методу. Сейчас я помогаю другим женщинам пройти этот путь без страха и фанатизма, с опорой на анатомию и заботу о теле.

This impressed me so much that in 2022, I completed a year-long training program to become a Hatha yoga teacher. But I didn't stop there. To better understand women's health, I completed a course in yoga therapy for women's health and Yin yoga. I continue to learn: Pranayama (breathwork), Meditation, and seminars on yoga methods. Now I help other women walk this path without fear and fanaticism, based on anatomy and care for the body.
