My name is Nina. I have been teaching yoga for more than 9 years and have conducted more than 5,000 classes in both online and in-person formats. For more than 10 years, yoga has remained my personal practice and a way to return to myself through the body. I received professional education at the St. Petersburg Institute of Eastern Rehabilitation Methods under the guidance of Artem Frolov and continue to study with leading specialists in the field of yoga therapy and movement work. Among my teachers are Artem Frolov, Dr. Madavan, Ksenia Shatskaya, Igor Pantyushev, Devi Gida, Alexander Nikitin, Anatoly Zenchenko, and Dmitry Demin. Currently, Indian and Balinese masters are expanding my understanding of yoga as a holistic practice that unites work with the body, breath, and attention. Today I live in Bali, conduct online classes, organize retreats, and help people build deeper relationships with themselves through practice. For me, yoga is not about perfect form or achieving the next goal. It is a path to inner support, the ability to listen to one's body, notice one's needs, and be present with oneself during different periods of life. I know how much can change when a person stops fighting with themselves and begins to trust themselves.

«My teaching style can be described as caring, attentive, and deeply somatic. I place great emphasis on safe alignment of asanas (yoga poses), breathwork, and developing sensitivity to your own bodily sensations. I specialize in the online format and know how to lead practice in a way that makes a person feel supported and receive precise bodily guidance even through a screen. Through my voice and detailed instructions, I help you better understand your body, find the necessary muscles, reduce tension levels, and restore contact with yourself. It's important for me to create a space where you can truly relax and be present in the process. That's why I use quality sound equipment so my voice sounds clear and full, and I prepare several music playlists for practice in advance. You choose for yourself whether to practice in silence or with music that helps you immerse yourself more deeply in the process. In my classes, there is no goal to become a better version of yourself, block your feelings, or replace genuine experiences with artificial "positivity." Instead, we learn to notice what's happening inside, tolerate different states, and find support within ourselves. My classes are suitable for those who live predominantly "in their head," experience high levels of stress, and are looking not just for physical exertion, but for a way to return to themselves through movement, breathwork, and attention. I don't teach you to run away from yourself. I help you hear your body again, learn to trust it, and build a relationship with yourself based on care, respect, and honesty.»
