About the teacher
I have been practicing yoga for about 5 years. At some point, I decided I wanted to deepen my practice further and completed a 200-hour training at Vishnu Yoga Research School, successfully passing the exam. Currently, I practice independently, studying yoga books, learning new asanas and sequences.
