The platform «Найди Йогу» is an information intermediary and the owner of an aggregator of information about services: it provides technical opportunity for the placement and search of information about yoga teachers’ and studios’ services. Live classes — settlements between users directly. Online courses, paid webinars and memberships: the Operator accepts payment (T‑Bank) as an agent of the teacher (studio) — in their name and at their expense (Article 1005 of the RF Civil Code), under the offer for the provision of services; terms for teachers and studios — in the Agency Agreement-Offer.
