Payments on the Naidi Yogu platform are accepted via T‑Bank internet acquiring (JSC TBank, formerly Tinkoff).
The bank handles secure money transfer and fiscal receipts under Russian law (54‑FZ).
On the platform you can pay with:
Online courses (the “Yoga Online” section), paid webinars and memberships: payment is made on the site via T‑Bank. The platform accepts the payment as an agent of the teacher or studio (the service provider) — in their name and at their expense; the contract for the service is concluded between you and the provider indicated on the course, webinar or membership page. The fiscal receipt is issued with the provider’s details (name, TIN) and sent to your e-mail. Terms — in the offer for the provision of services.
Live classes and booking a teacher: as a rule, settlement is directly between the student and the teacher (or studio), outside the site payment form. The platform does not take part — see the public offer.
Card details are entered on the bank’s secure page. Naidi Yogu does not store the full card number or CVV/CVC.
You leave the site for the T‑Bank payment page and return after a successful or canceled payment.
The refund procedure for online courses, paid webinars and memberships is described in the offer for the provision of services: a refund request is sent to info@naidiyogu.ru, the decision is made by the service provider (teacher/studio), and the platform executes the refund technically through the payment partner to the same payment method used for the payment (credit times depend on the bank).
