Platform “Naidi Yogu” (naidiyogu.ru)
Version: v1.1
Date: 13 July 2026
Updated: August 6, 2026
Unofficial translation. Legal force: Russian version /legal/copyright-notice.
This is the public procedure for right holders and other interested parties regarding content on the Platform (including the “Yoga online” section).
1. Where to write
Email: info@naidiyogu.ru
Subject (recommended): “Rights infringement — [link to material]”.
2. What to include
To allow your notice to be considered on the merits, please include:
- Claimant details — full name / company name, contact email; address and details if any;
- Rights object — what exactly is protected (a work, a recording, a trademark, etc.);
- Basis of rights — why the claimant is the right holder or an authorized person (links to registration, contracts — where possible);
- Link to the disputed material on the Platform (URL of the course, lesson or publication page);
- Description of the alleged infringement — what the infringement consists of, in the claimant’s opinion;
- Request — what you ask us to do (restrict access, remove, etc.).
Knowingly false claims may entail liability under law.
3. What we do
- We confirm receipt of the notice if a working email is provided.
- We review the notice and respond to the claimant no later than 10 (ten) business days from the date of receipt.
- If sufficient grounds exist, we restrict access to the disputed material (or other content) and, where applicable, notify the person who posted it (the Author). For materials of paid courses and webinars, access is restricted within 24 hours when sufficient grounds exist (procedure of clause 10.3 of the Agency Agreement-Offer).
- The person who posted the material may file a reasoned objection; the final decision is made taking into account the law and the circumstances.
4. Important notes
- The Platform acts as an aggregator owner and as an agent of service providers for payment acceptance (Article 1005 of the RF Civil Code) and strives to maintain reasonable procedures typical for information intermediaries (Article 1253.1 of the RF Civil Code where applicable). Legal status is determined not by this page, but by law and, in case of a dispute, by a court.
- The existence of this procedure does not mean automatic acceptance of any claim; sufficient grounds are required.
- For personal data matters — see the Privacy Policy.
- Terms for teachers and studios publishing paid courses and webinars (Agency Agreement-Offer): /legal/terms-course-authors.
