1. General Provisions
This Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies the “Найди Йогу” platform uses on the website naidiyogu.ru (hereinafter — “Site”), for what purposes, on what legal grounds, and how you can manage them.
Operator of the Site and processor of data: Brenzovich Evgenii Aleksandrovich, applying the special tax regime “Tax on Professional Income” (self-employed), INN 310802761300 (hereinafter — “Operator,” “we”). Contact for inquiries: info@naidiyogu.ru.
In the Russian Federation, cookies and other identifiers that directly or indirectly identify (identify) a user are considered personal data, and their processing is regulated by the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” (hereinafter — “152-FZ”). Therefore, certain cookies are subject to the same rules as other personal data.
This Policy is an integral part of the «Privacy Policy» and applies jointly with the «Consent to Personal Data Processing».
2. What are Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser on your device. On subsequent visits, your browser transmits them back, which allows, for example, “recognizing” an authorized user or collecting visit statistics.
Cookies differ by two characteristics:
- by duration: session cookies (deleted when the browser closes) and persistent cookies (stored for a specified period);
- by source: first-party cookies (set by the Site itself, domain naidiyogu.ru) and third-party cookies (set by third-party services, for example Yandex).
In addition to cookies, we (or connected services) may use similar technologies:
- localStorage / sessionStorage — local browser storage; we use them, in particular, to store a session token (JWT);
- pixels (web beacons) — invisible images/code fragments that help register the fact of a page view and the operation of advertising/analytical tools.
Why this is necessary: to enable login to your personal account and session security, to understand how the Site is used and improve it, and to assess advertising effectiveness.

This list is not exhaustive and may be clarified. Current cookie names and durations always reflect the actual configuration of the Site at the time of your visit.
4. Legal Grounds for Processing
Strictly necessary cookies (session/authentication, basic settings) are processed without separate consent, because without them the Site cannot function and provide the requested service (login to personal account, security). The legal ground is performance of a contract with you (terms of use) and legitimate interest of the Operator in ensuring the operability and security of the Site (item 5, part 1, article 6 of 152-FZ). You can disable them through your browser settings, but then the Site may not work correctly.
Analytical cookies (Yandex.Metrica) and advertising cookies (Yandex advertising attribution, yclid) are used to assess Site traffic and advertising effectiveness. By using the Site, you agree to the use of these technologies. You can opt out at any time — through browser settings, deleting cookies, or the official Yandex.Metrica blocker (see section 5). Opting out of analytical and advertising cookies does not affect access to the main functions of the Site.
5. How You Manage Cookies
1. Information notice. Upon your first visit to the Site, we inform you about the use of cookies. By continuing to use the Site, you agree to this Policy.
2. Browser settings. You can independently block or delete cookies in your browser settings and enable a mode that requests permission for each cookie. Instructions are available in your browser’s help section (sections “Privacy” / “Cookies”): Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, Yandex.Browser.
3. Opting out of Yandex.Metrica analytics. You can additionally disable data collection by Yandex.Metrica using the official Yandex blocker (browser extension) — see Yandex documentation (section 6).
Consequences of disabling. Disabling strictly necessary cookies (through your browser) may make login to your personal account impossible and cause the Site to malfunction. Disabling analytical and advertising cookies does not affect access to the Site’s main functions — we simply will not be able to collect statistics and assess advertising effectiveness.
6. Data Transfer to Third Parties (Yandex)
Analytical and advertising technologies are provided by Yandex. Data about your visit (including anonymized identifiers, information about actions on the Site, the source of your arrival, technical data about your browser/device, the yclid parameter) is transferred to Yandex and processed on its side in accordance with its own documents and terms.
We do not control further data processing on Yandex’s side. You can familiarize yourself with Yandex’s data processing terms, privacy policy, and Yandex.Metrica policy on the Yandex website (section of legal documents yandex.ru/legal).
7. Changes to the Policy
We may update this Policy (for example, if the composition of cookies or used services changes). The current version is always posted on the Site with the version number and publication date indicated.
8. Connection with Other Documents and Contacts
This Policy applies jointly with:
- «Privacy Policy» — general rules for processing personal data on the Site;
- «Consent to Personal Data Processing».
