1.2. Consent Text
I, upon registering on the platform «Найди Йогу», in accordance with Article 9 of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 № 152-FZ “On Personal Data” freely, of my own will and in my own interest give consent to the Operator (specified in item 1.1) to process my personal data under the conditions set forth below.
I confirm that I am 18 years of age and am a legally competent adult: use of the Platform and registration on it are permitted only from age 18. I confirm that I provide this consent consciously, understand the text, and that the consent is specific, substantive and informed.
1.3. Purposes of Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- my registration and identification as a user, creation and maintenance of an account, authorization and ensuring secure access;
- provision of platform functions as an information intermediary: search and selection of classes, teachers and studios, booking classes, maintaining booking history and favorites list, exchanging messages with teachers and studios;
- displaying my public profile to other platform users (to the extent I specify, taking into account visibility settings);
- communication with me regarding service operation, sending service (non-promotional) notifications, including push notifications and emails;
- processing inquiries, complaints and requests, exercising rights of the data subject;
- analysis of service operation, improvement of functions and user experience in anonymized or aggregated form;
- compliance with requirements of Russian Federation legislation.
1.4. List of Personal Data
Consent is given to process the following data (to the extent actually provided by me):
- Account data: email address, password (stored as hash), interface language, email confirmation status;
- Profile: name, phone number, username/Telegram contact, photograph, description (about myself), city, year of birth, month/year of practice start, selected yoga directions (styles);
- For teacher additionally: video business card, photo album and stories, certificates, profile texts, class schedule;
- Activity: class booking history, favorites list, “my teachers” list, last activity time, actions within the service;
- Technical data: session identifier and authorization token (JWT), cookies necessary for service operation.
I do not provide the Operator with special categories of personal data or biometric personal data. If I voluntarily place such data in free fields (for example, in the description), I do so at my own risk.
1.5. List of Actions and Methods of Processing
Consent extends to the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access) where provided for by the platform, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
Processing is carried out in mixed mode (using automated tools and without them). Personal data is stored on servers located on the territory of the Russian Federation (Cloud.ru infrastructure); media files — in Cloud.ru object storage (RF).
1.6. Transfer to Third Parties
Within the platform’s operation, my data may be provided to:
- other platform users — to the extent of my public profile data (taking into account visibility settings);
- a teacher or studio — upon my booking of their class, to the extent necessary to organize the class;
- a cloud infrastructure provider (Cloud.ru, RF) — for purposes of storage and processing;
- requests from authorized state bodies — in cases and manner established by law.
Transfer of data outside the Russian Federation, as well as use of my data for advertising purposes under this consent is not carried out — separate consents are provided for this (forms № 2, № 3). The content of my private correspondence (chats) is private and is not used for purposes unrelated to message delivery.
1.7. Duration and Revocation
Consent is effective from the moment of its provision and until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is revoked.
I have the right to revoke consent at any time by sending written notice to info@naidiyogu.ru or by mail to the Operator’s address, or through the appropriate function in my account (if available). After revocation of consent and achievement of processing purposes, data is subject to deletion/destruction, except for data whose storage is required by law. Revocation of consent entails termination of provision of platform functions for which such data is necessary.
Form № 2. Consent to Receive Marketing and Informational Newsletters

2.2. Consent Text
In accordance with Article 18 of the Federal Law dated 13.03.2006 № 38-FZ “On Advertising” and Article 9 of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 № 152-FZ “On Personal Data” I give consent to receive from the Operator advertising, marketing and informational messages, and to process my personal data for these purposes.
I understand that distribution of advertising over telecommunications networks (including email, push notifications, messengers) is permitted only with my prior consent, and I provide such consent voluntarily.
This consent is independent. Refusal of newsletters does not affect the ability to use the platform and does not cancel basic consent (form № 1).
2.3. Purposes of Processing
- providing information about services, news, promotions, events and offers of the platform and partners;
- informing about new teachers, studios, directions and service features;
- conducting surveys and satisfaction assessments.
2.4. List of Personal Data
Email address, name, identifier/contact in Telegram (if specified), city, selected directions and other profile data used for targeted newsletters; data on my activity and booking history — to generate relevant offers; advertising identifier yclid and other technical identifiers — to assess advertising effectiveness.
2.5. List of Actions and Methods of Processing
Collection, recording, systematization, storage, use, transfer to newsletter service operator and advertising systems (including Yandex — for yclid attribution), anonymization, blocking, deletion. Processing — in mixed mode, with data storage on the territory of RF (Cloud.ru).
2.6. Duration and Revocation
Consent is effective from the moment of provision until it is revoked.
I may revoke consent (unsubscribe) at any time:
- via the “Unsubscribe” link in any newsletter email;
- through the toggle in my account;
- by sending a request to info@naidiyogu.ru.
Unsubscribe terminates sending of advertising messages; service (non-promotional) notifications about service operation may continue based on form № 1.
Explanation: Translation of User-Generated Content by AI Service
This is not a consent form, but an explanatory block. Separate user consent for translation is not required and is not requested in the product.
Translation of user-generated content is performed by a Russian artificial intelligence service acting on behalf of the Operator (Part 3, Article 6 of Federal Law 152-FZ) on the territory of RF. This is processing on behalf of the operator, not cross-border transfer; separate user consent is not required.
Form № 3. Consent to Use of Image, Video and Text in Advertising and Promotion

3.2. Consent Text
In accordance with Article 152.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (protection of a citizen’s image) and Article 9 of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 № 152-FZ “On Personal Data” I give consent to the Operator to use my image, video recordings with my participation, as well as texts created by me in advertising and marketing materials of the platform «Найди Йогу».
Consent extends to materials that I have placed on the platform or provided to the Operator for these purposes.
This consent is independent. Refusal does not affect access to the platform and other consents.
3.3. Purposes of Processing
Promotion of the platform and my services (for teachers): placement of materials in advertising, on social media, on the website naidiyogu.ru, in newsletters, in presentation and promotional materials of the Operator.
3.4. List of Data and Materials
Photograph (image of a citizen), video recordings with my participation, texts of user authorship (descriptions, reviews, methodological texts), name/pseudonym, city, directions — to the extent necessary for attribution of materials.
3.5. Method of Use
Reproduction, placement, public display, distribution over the Internet and other channels, inclusion in composite advertising materials, adaptation (cropping, editing) without distortion of meaning. Use — on the territory of RF and on the Internet without territorial restrictions, unless otherwise specified.
3.6. Duration and Revocation
Consent is effective for 5 (five) years from the date of provision, or if not otherwise specified — until it is revoked.
I have the right to revoke consent at any time by sending a request to info@naidiyogu.ru or by mail to the Operator’s address. After revocation, the Operator shall cease further use of the materials within a reasonable time and remove them from channels under its control; however, revocation does not extend to copies of advertising already placed by third parties not under the Operator’s control, nor to materials whose use had already been completed at the time of revocation.
Form № 4. Teacher’s Consent to Disclose Personal Data of Their Students to Studio

Separate screen for Teacher. Studio acts as an independent operator of personal data with respect to student data transferred to it. Teacher’s private notes in Studio CRM are not disclosed.
4.1. Operator (platform)

4.2. Consent Text
I, Teacher of the platform «Найди Йогу», in connection with my interaction with Studio give consent to disclosure (provision) to Studio of personal data of my students contained in my CRM on the platform, and acknowledge that:
- after transfer of student data, Studio becomes an independent operator of such personal data and bears responsibility for their further processing;
- I am obligated to have a legal basis for such transfer — consent of the respective students or other lawful basis — and confirm the existence of such basis;
- disclosure is made to the extent listed below and for the specified purposes;
- private (personal) notes made by me in a student’s record are not transferred to Studio.
I confirm that I am familiar with the list of disclosed data categories, understand the consequences of disclosure and perform this action consciously.
4.3. Purposes of Disclosure
Organization and administration of classes on Studio’s side: maintaining records and schedules, tracking attendance, Studio’s communication with students, organizational and customer support.
4.4. Categories of Student Personal Data Disclosed
- student’s name;
- contact information (phone, email, Telegram contact — to the extent available);
- city;
- selected practice directions (styles);
- history of bookings and attendance at classes with this teacher at this studio;
- other student record data in CRM relating to class organization.
Not disclosed: teacher’s private notes, special categories and biometric data.
4.5. List of Actions and Methods of Processing
On the platform’s side: provision (transfer of access) to Studio of the specified data. Further actions on Studio’s side are determined by Studio as an independent operator. Data transfer is carried out within RF (Cloud.ru).
4.6. Duration and Revocation
Consent is effective from the moment of provision until it is revoked or until interaction with Studio terminates. Revocation — by request to info@naidiyogu.ru or through a function in the teacher’s account. Revocation terminates further disclosure; revocation of this consent does not extend to processing already being carried out by Studio as an independent operator — in this regard, the student exercises their rights directly in relation to Studio.
Legal Basis (for reference)
- Federal Law 152-FZ, Article 9 — conditions and mandatory elements of consent; requirement of specificity, informativeness, consciousness; inadmissibility of consent through silence/inaction; from 01.09.2025 — execution of consent separately from other documents.
- Federal Law 152-FZ, Article 6, Part 3 — processing of personal data on behalf of the operator (for translation of content by a Russian AI service, a processing agreement with confidentiality and data protection conditions is sufficient; separate subject consent is not required).
- Civil Code of RF, Article 152.1 — protection of a citizen’s image (use of image only with consent).
- Federal Law “On Advertising”, Article 18 — distribution of advertising over telecommunications networks only with recipient’s prior consent.
