Version: v1.0
Publication date: 10 August 2026
Effective date: 10 August 2026
Unofficial translation. The Russian version has legal force: /legal/community-rules (switch locale to Russian).
These Rules supplement the Public Offer (User Agreement), the Terms for Teachers and the Terms for Studios. In case of conflict, the Offer prevails unless a special teacher or studio document expressly provides otherwise.
The Platform helps people find yoga teachers and studios, book classes and use the community. We care about safety and an honest catalogue. By posting information and using the Platform, you accept these Rules.
1.1. The Platform Operator provides a technical service (catalogue, booking, messaging, payment acceptance on the provider’s instruction, community). The Operator is not the provider of classes, a doctor, or an organiser of treatment, and does not guarantee practice outcomes.
1.2. The teacher and studio describe services themselves, run classes, and are responsible for the accuracy of their information and for class safety.
1.3. The student assesses health risks, consults a doctor if needed, and informs the teacher of contraindications.
1.4. The contract for a specific service (class, course, webinar) is concluded between the student and the provider (teacher or studio). See the Offer and the offer for courses, webinars and memberships.
2.1. A violation is any act or posting that contradicts the Offer, these Rules, other Platform rules, or the laws of the Russian Federation.
2.2. Fraud on the Platform includes, among other things:
deceiving users or the Operator for gain or harm;
soliciting money, passwords, SMS codes, or card data;
phishing and fake payment pages;
fake identity, others’ photos, documents and certificates;
creating accounts to bypass a block or moderation;
fake reviews, ratings, bookings and “popularity”;
knowingly false information about a service, price, place, qualifications, or class results.
2.3. Disputes about the quality of a class are not fraud by themselves if the parties act in good faith. Parties resolve such disputes between themselves; the Operator may help technically (restrict a profile, forward a complaint) but does not replace a court and does not decide on service quality.
It is prohibited to post on the Platform (in a profile, service description, posts, stories, reviews, messages, courses, covers and any other materials) the following.
The Platform does not provide medical services. It is prohibited to:
It is allowed to describe practice as a way to improve well-being, flexibility, or mindfulness — without cure guarantees and with the understanding that it does not replace medical care. See also the health disclaimer in the Offer.
A review must reflect personal experience after a real interaction (as a rule, after a completed booking). Paid, reciprocal and fabricated reviews are prohibited, as is pressure to remove or change a review.
For copyright and related rights claims, use: Report a rights infringement.
4.1. The Operator may (separately or together):
warn — remind of the rules and require a fix;
remove or hide material — a post, photo, review, service description;
hide a profile and services from the public catalogue — the profile and offers do not appear in search and the catalogue;
restrict features — e.g. no publishing, no new bookings, no community posts;
suspend or block an account — full or partial access ban;
refuse registration or approval after moderation (for teachers and studios).
4.2. Hiding from the catalogue means offers and the profile are not shown publicly. This does not always mean account deletion. Lawful obligations already formed toward students (e.g. access to a paid course) the Operator tries not to disrupt without necessity; details are in the Offer and the terms for course authors.
4.3. When measures may apply without prior warning. For gross violations the Operator may act immediately, without prior notice, including in cases of:
fraud and deception schemes;
threat to user or Platform safety;
clear breach of RF law;
repeated violation after a warning;
a demand from an authorised body or a court.
4.4. In other cases the Operator, where reasonably possible:
states which rule was broken (with a reference to the Offer or these Rules);
gives a reasonable time to fix the issue;
applies a milder measure (hiding material or the profile) if that is enough.
4.5. The Operator is not obliged to pre-check all content before publication, but may check selectively, on complaints, and automatically.
4.6. Grounds for measures are linked to the Offer, these Rules, other Platform documents, or the law. The list of measures in contracts with teachers and studios may be refined and must not contradict mandatory RF law.
5.1. Report a violation to info@naidiyogu.ru (or a “Report” form in the interface, if available). Include: a link to the material or profile, what is wrong, and evidence.
5.2. Copyright and related rights — Report a rights infringement.
5.3. If a measure was applied to you and you believe it is wrong, email info@naidiyogu.ru with the subject “Restriction appeal”. Describe the situation and attach explanations. The Operator will review within a reasonable time (guideline — up to 15 calendar days, unless another period is set by law) and will either confirm, lift, or change the measure.
5.4. From 1 October 2026, for Platform partners (teachers and studios) a pre-trial complaint procedure under platform-economy legislation (Federal Law No. 289-FZ of 31 July 2025) and partner agreements may apply, if the Platform falls under that regulation. If the law or the Platform’s status changes, the Operator will update this section.
Teachers and studios:
Students:
7.1. The Operator may update the Rules. The current version is always on this page.
7.2. Material changes are communicated in a manner similar to changes to the Offer. Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect means acceptance of the new version, unless the law provides otherwise.
